Shipping, Refunds & Returns


All orders ship from our warehouse in Eugene, Oregon within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Expedited shipping methods still incur a 24 to 72 hour packaging time before being shipped.

All orders are shipped as insured packages with tracking information. When your order is prepared for shipment you will receive an email with tracking information.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup at our main office for people in the Eugene, Oregon area. When you choose “Local Pickup” as the shipping method there is no additional charge. Please note that your order will still take 2 to 3 days to process. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you instructions for picking up your order. If you need a to pickup an order on a certain day and time, please contact us first so we can confirm our availability. Please do not show up to our office without confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. We do not keep inventory at our office location (4030 W. 1st Avenue., Eugene).

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We 100% guarantee the viability of all of our products and we carefully package all items. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes happens during shipping. We will replace any items that arrive contaminated or damaged at our expense.

It’s always best practice to set your deliver aside for 5 days to make sure there are no signs of contamination before use.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your delivery. If 14 days have passed since you have received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Gift Cards do not qualify for returns or refunds.

All refunds must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All items must be received in their original condition to qualify. Customers are responisble for all return shipping fees. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any items returned to our facility.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank or card provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and this time depends on your bank, not us. They can give you a clearer time frame for your refund to post.

Shipping returns

To return your product please fill out this form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, you have no guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange goods damaged during shipping, please fill out this form. Once approved, we’ll notify you with a new tracking number for the replacement items.
