We ship from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders typically take 24 to 48 hours to package depending on the time of day your order is placed. Delivery time will be dependent upon the method of shipping chosen at checkout.
Yes, we offer pick up at our office in Eugene, OR. When placing an order, choose the “local pickup” option and you will receive instructions for the date, time and location of the pickup. We don’t store inventory at our offices so pick up orders are scheduled 48 to 72 hours after your order is placed. This allows us time to procure your order from our warehouse.
We offer a 100% Viability Guarantee. When you receive your order it is best practice to wait 4 to 7 days before using them. Some items may be damaged during shipping which can lead to contamination. If this happens, contact us and we will provide instructions for receiving your replacement items.
We ship as quickly as possible. If you see a mistake in the address you provided at checkout, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for address errors and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for their items.
Depending on the nature of your order, we may choose to ship items separately to keep your order safe from damage. This typically happens when you order large quantities of heavy items like substrate bags.
